So, I know that several people have been working together to set up a police station, and I think the next logical step for organizing ourselves is to get a clear idea of who has what talents here. I'm not necessarily talking about special powers, more who has military training, knowledge of law, medical training, experience in agriculture, wood working, mechanical repair, all those specialized skills that modern society depends on to keep us as far from nature as we can get.

I figure here's as good a place to start gathering that info as anywhere.

Harry knows they are going to need manpower on this, so he's looking for people with both special skills, and a willingness to step forward to help the community.

Okay, highlighted the terms I think are important. First conclusion: I don't think this message was necessarily meant for us. The fact that it is classified seems to indicate it was intended for a specific recipient. Its incomprehensibility is only further evidence, after all, why would they send us something we can't understand?

One interesting question is if Unit H85244 is the sender, or the recipient... Whatever it is, Unit H85244 seems to be a part of something called Special Section CFP-TCI.

Whatever Special Section CFP-TCI is, they apparently trying to determine the status of the whatever CV-102, CV-108, and CV-109. Now, thanks to Sora's note I can reasonably tie CV-108, and therefore the message to whoever is behind these abductions. Given that they want to know the coordinates and status of whatever those are, I can presume it is possible they are mobile, or at least possibly something that was not there before the attack. Wherever CV-108 is now, it apparently doesn't have windows. A lab? A device? No way to tell.

I'm guessing the blindzone is Manhattan, and others seem to have reached the same conclusion. This suggests that either there is a deliberate attempt to cut us off, or there is something making communication difficult, but it's looking like not impossible. If we could trace that signal, maybe figure out how it was sent, we may be able to communicate with the outside world.

Looks like its back to the books. I get the sense that someone may have screwed up here, which could finally let us make some progress. This is the first real lead I've had in a while, I need to take advantage of it...

I should contact the others...see what they think. Should also avoid posting these, since the network still may be compromised (See Vanishing Act Two, Healer Version, page 23). Plus that Xigbar guy proved even the toughest filters can be hacked. The computers aren't safe.
